He started his career in 1990 with a focus on mortgage lending. As a result of 33 years in this industry he discovered a solution to maintain motivation and life balance while holding many state board positions, achieving many production awards, and being the best husband, father and coach he could be.
He began "paying it forward" by sharing the method he created to define his Purpose. Combined with his experience and desire to share his knowledge, he took the stage with the goal of helping as many people as possible in the realm of defining "Purpose" and sharing his 6step process. Today his talks teach, inspire, and motivate his audience to not just define Purpose, but apply the steps to allow a higher level of achievement.
